A dispute over a bequeathed day, Wednesday’s claimed right of way and the Registry’s certificate system has stalled municipal business. Officials are now considering whether the moon should be put on payroll.

OTHER MATTERS REQUIRING YOUR UNDIVIDED DISBELIEFClassifications
Portable Unresolution
A resident questioned about district membership is to present a numbered certificate or carry an unanswered question of their own. For purposes of civic procedure, this is evidence that the matter remains open, not evidence of residence. The Registry of Unresolved Matters supplies the governing standard; whether a question may be shared between households remains unrecorded.
Seasonal Boundary Display
Purple colouring beneath a boundary post is classified as a customary appearance, not proof of a legally settled line. Municipalities may lease posts to reproduce the appearance, but must still address any underlying dispute. The Registry’s certification of unresolved questions remains applicable where maps, receipts and string are equally persuasive.

The Carried Question Custom
Residents near a disputed boundary who are asked which district they belong to may present a numbered certificate or carry an unanswered question of their own. The custom prevents an answer from being attached by accident. No common rule has yet been recorded on whether a question may be shared between households.
